We are looking for a warm, motivated, and experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team at Scribbles Early Learning Centre in Harrow.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences that meet the needs of each individual child. You will work closely with your colleagues and with families to support children’s development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Observing and assessing children’s progress and maintaining accurate records
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Supporting the physical, emotional, and educational development of all children in your care
Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
Working as a flexible and committed member of the team
Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent) – essential
A genuine passion for working with young children
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable, or willingness to obtain)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
